prohibited.

breach of the lease.

6)THE TENANT shall be responsible for the payment of any
penalty due to its non-compliance with the regulations.
7)THE TENANT shall be responsible for the payment of any
charges due to the loss of keys.
8)The apartment will be clean on the date of occupancy and
must be returned in the same condition: this includes the
condition of the floor and walls. Except for normal wear
and tear, any damage will be repaired at the tenant's
expense before leaving the premises. No holes in moldings
or doors are allowed.
9)The building's rules and regulations must be signed.
